Milk has been the oldest beverage consumed by man. It is the first form of liquid food an infant tastes before moving on to the other food group. Vitamins:

All the vitamins with the exception of Vitamin E are found in milk. During summer, since cows consume grass, the milk produced by them contains ample amount of Vitamin C, D and B. This is not the case in winters, the milk spawned through cows lack Vitamin A and Vitamin D. Calcium, Phosphate, sodium and potassium are copious in milk but it lacks Iron.

It is necessary to heat milk properly at the recommended temperature, if not, then you might be a victim to milk borne diseases. By heating, antioxidants in milk do not reduce in their potent, this is a pure assumption.
